It was girl’s nite out to support breast cancer awareness and…wait for it…I didn’t buy anything but a cupcake? You must think I was ill or absent but neither was true. I am however going on a major shopping trip tomorrow to Ikea and the Mall of America. So…I was more frugal in preparation! A few breast cancer facts for you: 1) Anyone can get breast cancer, including males. 2) Getting a mammogram can be life saving. Catching the cancer before it has spread outside the breast has the highest survival rate.
