For my last winter workout, I’m going with something really wintery… swimming! Indoors, that is. Hopefully you have access to one somewhere.
Swimming can be a great workout, whether you’re doing laps or water aerobics. Serious calories are burned, and your joints are very happy.
Start with a suit that will stay put but still has some style. And dig out the flip flops from your summer footwear. Stay warm with a cover-up but don’t forget the towel! Goggles and swim cap, optional.
