From Distressed to Dressed Up

I hope you had a great weekend.  Mine was different than planned.  We ended up having a weekend at home.  And here’s what I wore.  (Sorry these picts came across from Instagram kind blurry.)

It was HOT.  But I managed to keep the theme of mad for plaid.  Don’t feel too bad for me, my plaid shirt was silk, not flannel.  Shorts were necessary though!

Saturday I was out on the golf course and thankfully it wasn’t as hot.  No, I did not wear those shoes on the golf course.  But my idea of golfing is really more like wacking at a ball with a club. The Mr. really appreciates my golf game… 🙂

Layer Up

Yesterday was a warm one to layer up but I managed to do it in a sleeveless cardigan and shorts.  This weekend sounds like a scorcher.  Stay cool!

Under $20

I’m so glad to move on from yesterday’s picture.  Not another fav of mine.

Today’s theme was under $20.  My outfit consists of borrowed pants, a $6 tank, discount cardi and clearance sandals.  And garage sale jewelry.  I’m not positive it is under $20 but it would be close.

I am the ultimate bargain hunter, so you can be sure that most of my clothing is really shoestring budget conscious.  There is an exception thrown in there every now and then…  🙂
